can anyone help me with my telekinesis training? i mean. i can already move a psi wheel perfectly but somehow i cant move any object besides that. if i do? by accident.. can anyone give me an tips? on how to control it?

Hi SparK I don't know of any specific exercises or even very much about telekinesis, but i'd guess it is about having a very disciplined mind and practice, practice, practice.
