'lo, I am new to this kind of stuff but am very much interested in astral travel and that sort of bag. Are there any tips or exercises that anybody would recommend dI start with? I am good at meditating and awareness durring meditation and can visualize things to an extent but that's really as far as I have gotten on my own. Any thoughts, suggestions on the matter would be much appreciated. Thanks.

    Hi

meditation alone I have found to be weak!

Only when i am part of a circle does meditation really kick in--It is the energy that several people can generate.

The amazing thing is that the energy produced when sitting in a meditation circle stays with you.

I have astral travelled in meditation, when meditating alone--but I BELIEVE only because I was part of a circle.

Hello, All. Yes. You can practice astral prpjection on your own. But firstly you need to learn how to meditate. Lean the advantages and disadvantages of astral projection. As you can learn to meditate on your own it applies to astral projection.

It is not about being able to project, because everyone already does. It is about recognizing it because you already are doing it. Whilst being alone is not really possible because everything connects, there is still that unique being which you are which in a sense yes does this on it's own.

I already meditate daily,It's just a fascination of mine about Astral Projection and I do know there are some dangers involved as well, but I read somewhere that the higher your positive energies are the less the danger.

Umm he didn't actually post the picture yet, and in the few days I have been here I am used to him saying he is going to do things, and then well, not doing them.

He will probably man up, won't you Mr.Whitmore? I don't think he will promise and not deliver. You better deliver for New Sight, my friend.

Astral travel?   Do you Lucid dream?    It was suggested to me that if you have lucid dreams, they are part of astral travelling.    Not just dreaming but visiting where ever you are in your dreams.....Spirit world location....

Oh my, that is not what I saw at all - I saw a very large beautiful Faerie with really thick long glowing hair and a black cat peering over her right shoulder.

Your outline is looking directly at the black cat and it's left ear? is almost touching her right cheek just beside her lips.

How do you draw the outline?
