Does anyone know where I can buy this as a growing plant rather than dried? I spent ages looking online and I can't find anything.

You could try looking at seed companies I guess, or the posher garden centres (might have more varieties). Or if you're okay with waiting, I'm planning a camping trip later in the summer and white sage grows wild in the area I'm going to (Blackfoot and Cree nations areas). I could collect a plant or two in soil and mail it? Can't guarantee it'll grow, but worth a shot if you want.
