    Sacral... Empty Sacral...

Post  KapitanPrien Tue Mar 01, 2011 12:49 am

I had a feeling to research the 'shadow aspects' of the Sacral before buying this one essence with the name of 'Vital Core' (by the Living Tree Orchid). I happened to come across a site and in the site they had all this really good information for Sacral 'stuff' (from essences to crystals to foods, etc.).

I went to the essences listed there and they mentioned an Australian Bush Flower one called Gymea Lily:

    From the site:

    Negative Condition:
    • arrogant
    • attention seeking
    • craving status and glamour
    • dominating and over-riding personality

    Positive Outcome:
    • humility
    • allowing others to express themselves and contribute
    • awareness, appreciation and taking notice of others

Also known as the Giant Lily, this extraordinary plant bears large red
flowers on a huge terminal head atop a stem of up to four metres high.
Being so high the flowers are not seen clearly from the ground. This
remedy is for excessive pride and arrogance and helps bring about
humility. The Essence is for reaching up to the energy of arrogance and
transforming it to achieve great heights. It gives strength to those who
are ahead of their peers and helps them to stay at the top. Gymea Lily
is also very beneficial for people whose personalities are very intense
or extrovert, or those who are dominating, demanding and very
charismatic who usually get their way. It is also for people who like to
be seen and noticed and who seek glamour and status.

I noticed it mentioned about people with personalities that are very intense. I remember having asked some years ago about how I am - and one of the folks I know said that I (my energy) am very intense. So I figured I'd give this a try...rather than the Vital Core and Shadow Defense blend essences.

One other aspect that interested me was about being 'ahead of one's peers' and staying there. I've always felt like that...and I am interested to see how it will be in that respect with me.

    Hello

Well that might well make some sense in bringin balance in. The Sacral helps one keep a healtly balance in the Ying and Yang aspects of life. Most think on the Sacral being a "sexual" energy centre but that is a part of its role.

It is the Chakra where one's centre lies, where one is creative and individual. The centre of one's emotions, vitality, as well as fertility and sexual energies. The Charkra of balance for one's physical energies.
Too there are certain foods that help with the balance in the Sacral Chakra

    Sweet fruits, melons, strawberries, oranges.

    HONEY
Nuts would be Almonds and Walnuts

    Spices cinnamon, vanilla, paprika.

What is interesting is that I have a lot of these in me died. Is that way " passions " run so high with me ? Sacral... 160943
