Someone told me once they felt like their body was swelling out, when I asked around someone told me this could be the aura expanding, my question now is what would cause the aura to expand in such a way especially when you're not doing any 'work' at that time?

One of the exercises we do in development circle involves the aura. The class pairs off-one sits in a chair and the other finds the aura of the seated around the head.
They then break contact and the seated person is asked to think of the worst day of their life--when they were most unhappy! The other is then asked to find the aura again!
They then break contact and the seated person is asked to think about the happiest day of their life! The other is then asked to find their aura.
The Aura shrinks when the 'unhappy' memory is thought about and EXPANDS when the 'happy' memory is thought about!
Try it out --IT WORKS--the aura does indeed expand!
