It seems we're in for a heatwave up to 16 degrees c by next weekend, that's odd for february.

We have had hailstones at regular intervals all weekend--had to go into william Hills for 15 mins on saturday afternoon. hahaha

Its gone cold today

I swear I just a spiritual slap on the face when i opened this page, im out, lol.

erm yeh i fed the birds and then it rained! arghh, but I got a whole loaf for them so...........

It didn't rain until this afternoon then it made up for not raining this morning

We didn't have any rain at all today

I heard this weather is here for the whole of May, I hope everyone is ok and not affected by flooding.

I should change he topic title to 'crank up your heating' i'm cold

There are rumours that it will reach at least twenty degrees this week, but i'm not putting my scarf away just yet

I'm tired of wearing jumpers and thick coats.
We've had lots and LOTS of rain for days on end...
and to think the sun is still there shining behind all the clouds.

I took my jumper OFF today ..ta da da da...

the sun is moving towards its maximum energy in this cycle--many solar flares--one just missed earth on May 20/21.

Flares are magnetic--so no end of world stuff--but as sun's energy increases so will the temperature--for us a heatwave --for others much nastier stuff.

Hmm I think we need a new topic called cooling down.

Here it is...the middle of october....and we are still using the air conditioner! They are finally calling for a cool-down period coming this next week. We may even get some rain!

If my reading of events in the arctic are corect then the Northern states of the USA are in for an icy blast end of October into November(give or take 2 weeks please)

The UK and northern europe follow about 2 weeks after.

Is all about the JET STREAM.
