Danger in a Swimming Pool?

I've put this in the dream section because I am not sure whether it was a dream or a message coming through from spirit.

I was woken early morning by a woman's voice shouting for help.

Something about a swimming pool.  She was in a swimming pool and was having difficulties in getting out of the pool.
I also got the feeling this was in Spain.
But the woman had an English accent.

But I am wondering whether this was because I phoned a net friend last evening who lives in Spain.   Why this is in the dream section!
Was I dreaming this but why did I hear a clear voice?

I will email her this morning to check with her.

Hi Joanie perhaps your friend is having emotional problems?  I think that is what water is supposed to represent, did you email your friend and is she ok?

 It wasn't my friend,Violet.  Sorry should have made that clearer.
It was her friend.    Or so I think.....,she has a friend who has been helping her with the swimming pool.   I was praying I wasn't seeing an accident in the future.
So far her friend is ok.
Or what just came to mind,was it an accident in the past?
I hate these dreams....

It was the voice of lady in the dream,Shayn    I know my friend's voice from talking to her on the phone.    

I can still see this lady's face clear in my memory.

Swimming?   I am a strong swimmer but have always had a respect for the sea or any water anywhere.

Her voice was English in speach.

Haven't been swimming for a while.
My only fear is in diving.    Will not dive into water.

But I have made a note of the dream.   Will be cautious from now on.
