a question about the heart chakra

any knowen connection between the heart chakra and fear? panic attacks ?

Fear would normally be associated with the root chakra.. As root chakra deals with fight or flight, and internal power.

Panic attacks would be more associated with the 3rd chakra, Solar Plexus, which deals with the emotions.

Heart, normally deals with love.. I suppose it could then be gathered that self love could cause fear and panic which would point towards the heart chakra.

it dishes to getting pumped up with corrected alchemy, heart - like 'what is going on? isn't my taken care to - my all', hey - just to let you know - it cuts the drap from bad buggin or like an un developed accident - that's what it shook. you can be fearless like that with some minutea [ minutea[h] - ie - phenomenal tih rih tih like a lava lamp ] muscle at the pump.
