Since I've been experimenting with this the past couple of months and have been doing lots of research I decided I would like to Help Retro, As I got an email from this member about astral projection.
So, Let's Go onto the basics of it.
What Is astral Projection
Astral projection is basically the art of ones consciousness separating from there body. This can be done by anyone, for those who are wanting to learn. Astral Projection can be done many ways, but the best most commonly known is doing it going to bed for about 4 hours then waking up and practising AP itself. Some do it before bed time, Some do it in day light. It's all about what works for you.
How can I astral Project
There are many ways to do this. So many exercises out there. But for me, I tend to use my own exercises. As I can test and know what will suit me best. Fear
Fear when it comes to Astral projection can knock your self down. Fear of the unknown, spirits etc. Get rid of it. It's not good. as if you astral project you can make anything happen. You can create your own nightmare and aint good. Keep a positive attitude all the way to enter the Higher vibrational Realms. Firstly, You won't astral project. You will most probably find yourself lurking the Etheric plane but that's ok for beginners like myself.

Fats heart beat(Very first time I had this, I thought I was having a heart attack). Actually as though as it may feel like your actually heart doing it, It's actually your Heart Chakra to radiating energy. Most people open there eyes and ruin the experience. Just allow it to happen, You may feel uncomfortable. But just go with it, it will go. these may be known as a fear test which I forgot to mention above.
Vibrations.Vibrations are very common and as above is a fear test.
feeling like your falling from the sky. Another one.
sleep paralysis.
these are the most common ones I know. Only experienced two of them though.
It's just a test. Complete the test by allowing it to happen. Once these happen, You can then begin your exit exercise.
