This is a simple exercise that draws down the healing energy of sunlight, or moonlight, but it can be used to draw down reiki or universal energy or the energy of a storm or rain for instance.
It can be done in a minute once you have practised and recognise the feelings so it is brilliant for de-stressing. For instance I have evendone this in a court room using the energy of the lights above me.
SUNSHINE HEALING LIGHT ENERGY
Find a nice place in the sun where you feel happy and safe and can close your eyes for a few minutes without worry.
Facing the sun or the moon etc.
Stand with your feet about 6 inches apart, arms relaxed by your sides.
Slightly bend your knees and sink into them so you have a secure position.
Start with deep breathes, slowly in and then slowly out.
Close your eyes and gently tilt your head back a little
Feel the sunlight on your head and face.
Imagine the energy as a golden yellow or bright white or a colour that you need
Feel the energy of the sun as it warms your shoulders and back.
Feel the warmth spread down your chest and arms into your hands and fingers
Slowly the energy spreads down your legs and into your feet and toes
Allow all the excess light energy to seep into the ground beneath your feet back to the Earth.
This should leave you feeling energised and serene.
