There's a lot of conflicting opinions about spirit guides, some believe we just have one life long one, others believe we have a spirit guide and a 'door keeper' others believe our guides change periondically throughout life.
I tend to believe in one main one who sees you right through life, but others come in at various points in your life to assist you, now i'm rambling because i'm tired

Dont know, I cant think of any reason to at this time. The first time I did, I asked what my guides name is. I heard it, then I asked two more times, just to make sure.
I like to look within my own being first and I trust that if I need my guide they will be there.
