I go through those dry spells as well. I think it's more a matter of not remembering what you're dreaming, not that you're not dreaming. When I want to improve my recall, I affirm before I go to sleep that I want to remember my dream and when I wake up I write down everything I can remember, if I remember anything. This usually helps quite quickly

Oh dear - yeah, my dream recall is waaay down when my sleep isn't long enough. Hope you get your lie in soon - they're like miracle drugs sometimes lol.

I've always dreamed a great deal throughout my life but lately they seem to have stopped.
I dream interesting dream and sometimes dreams with a message in them.
But any reason why my dreams should fade away?
