Went to see a medium today

I went with my mom to see a medium today. My mom had been to see her once and thought that she was wonderful. She told her many things that she had never told anyone. before not even my dad. I really didn't have any questions about loved ones and messages for I am hoping to figure that out for myself. I told her that I am going down a certain path in my life and would like to know the new things that I am experiencing and their meanings. She told me that I was on a path to spiritual enlightenment, that I was strong and doing very well. My chakras were all aligned and balanced and open but I needed to open my throat chakra more, I needed to express my emotions more. Which is actually true. She says I am very close to have my third eye completely open and there will be a moment when everything becomes completely clearn. She says that I have been getting messages from spirits but I am still at the point where a lot of it is spirits talking some are messages and some is just words with no real meaning and some is just my ego coming through. She says that soon it will all make sense. She says that there are a lot of spirits that want to contact me, that I am taking the right steps and be sure to take it slow. She told my one first angel is the Arch Angel Michael, which is weird, because it is him that I call to for protection, she told me there was also an angel named liz and joseph. Also I have one that is in the car with me when i drive letting me know when I need to take extra caution, this really resonated with me because I always feel as if there is someone in the car with me, sitting behind me. I have even had dreams of someone sitting behind me and I could see him in the rearview mirror, i could never see the face, only straight long black hair. When I told my mom about this, she told me when I was a very young girl I was always talking about indian joe. So that was pretty neat. Then she brought up something very personal that I didn't even come close to leading to. I learned a lot and really it was more for me an educaition and guidance than it was trying to find answers that I desperately was needing. One more step down my path. It felt a lot like a teaching more than anything else. It was nice. so I will keep up what I am doing, and working towards contacting with spirits and receiving messages. I also purchased some tarot cards and refamiliarizing myself with them. I gave myself a reading last night, and it actually made a lot of sense. It will take me awhile but I will get to know them well.
