A girl was raped by a ghost?! Could this have really happened?

I saw a harrowing tale of a girl who was raped by a ghost in her aunt's home (spiritual.boardhost.com/viewtopic.php?id=31). 

It gave me chills and I couldn't imagine ever going through something like that - but it was said in there that she felt it physically on her body, can a ghost really materialise that much that they can leave you with a physical feeling of truly being touched?? I always imagined ghosts were translucent almost and that you may feel some sort of tingling but never a 'real touch'. 

Has anyone ever heard of this happening??

Each person has their own definition of what a ghost is and this is a debate that will continue for a long time in regard to ghosts and spirits. My understanding of ghostly apparitions is simply down to residual energy that leaves an impression on the fabric of our physical world. At times we may catch or hear glimpses of certain events or observe people repeatedly doing the same thing. 

For the purpose of this reply, spirit beings are people who have passed from our world and continue to live in the world of spirit, whose vibration is on a higher level to that of our own world. Spirits are known in the main to communicate on a mental level via telepathy. If they were to manifest in our world they would appear as human beings which they are not so the manifestation idea is not possible as everyone would see them.   

I would have to seriously question such claims before considering if they could be true, or even possible. I recall reading events like you mention and there has been some explanation of them being perceived as a sexual dream, which a person usually female who thinks they have woken up from a dream but haven't. Due to the feeling of having woken, we believe events are happening in our physical world.

If that's deemed to be real and true. Then what she is encountering is an incubus demon which is known for sex during sleep.

I think we would need more information about the girl and her medical history before coming to any conclusion or judgement.

Remember, sex is a physical act. Without a physical body ....

I'm married to a ghost. We have sex. More fulfilling for me than physical sex. (It happens while I'm awake, I'm a Kundalini mystic, I spend my waking time in the astral.) I had a neighbor who used to yell all night every night at a ghost that was trying to have sex with her. So yes, rape does happen.

It is possible but is a rare event.  I had it happen to me taking a shower.  I bent over to wash my legs and I felt something go in.  I was like OMG OK this is wrong. As a Medium I am used to touch but not violation. 

I came from the shower to find a young man sitting there head down in sorrow.  He was 19 and had died in an accident. He found me and thought that in doing the "deed" he would feel better. At his funeral his Father said that his Son had take that vow of celibacy with his Girlfriend and in not doing it before he died, he died not a man.  So he was looking to please his Father in his death. 

I listened to his story, forgave him and helped him cross over.
