How to see Ghosts?

I am somewhat intrigued and scared about ghosts or spirits. I was wondering how do you see them visibly than hearing noises and get to communicate with them?

Does the pineal gland activate that ability to see them?

I don't think it's scary to see spirits, in fact I found that I didn't realise I was looking at one until it vanished:giggles:im not too sure how folk see them, I just know they can.

as for activating the ability some people are able to see them without even trying, others try and train for years and never se them, others can develop the ability with the help of an experienced medium.

I thinkit is something that just either happens or it doesn't. Fro me it is not anything I do it just is. But if you have the ability then you can develop it further :)
