Cold Sores - fast, effective cure!

This is a sure-fired cure for cold sores but is dependent on catching it at the initial tingly stage, i.e. before it
develops into blisters.

It's very simple.  When you see the first signs of getting a cold sore, i.e. the tell-tale tingling, grab an ice cube
and place it over the area.  Leave until it feels numb - usually about 1 - 2 minutes - then remove the ice cube.
Done!  This kills the virus stone dead.    
 
I can vouch for this method - works everytime.

I have one but you also have to catch it at the tingly stage, I seen it on a you tube video thought it was crazy until I tried it......

Put any brand of ketchup on the area leave on do this maybe a few times and cold sore gone !
