I've noticed when I do hands on healing my hands usually burn up, but when I do absent healing my hands are cold, does anyone experience differences like this, do you feel anything in your hands at all, or is it the same for both?

Ouch!
I feel the same for both Violet. Burning in the centre of the palms and pressure as if someone is pressing the middle of my palms with thier thumbs. The strength tends to differ depending on what i am channeling good health for, minor or major illness. Even after rinsing my hands in cold water to dispel any negative energies it still takes a while to settle.

Do you know i've always rinsed my hands with cold water before I start healing, it's just something I do i've never thought about it before, it helps after too does it?

Regular
The idea is, and it just reverbs with me, that it washes away any negative enrgy residue that you may have picked up by channeling the healing. I tend to do it all the time now.
