    We are bombarded with so much negativity in the news. Bad news sells faster than good news.

    Only the video is nice, a bit of CNN news though but in the wake of positivism sure why not.

    For those who may not know, I am pleased to share this very worthwhile and successful charity, of which Dalai Lama is the patron.


    Whilst it is not spiritual as such, it is certainly altruistic and humanistic, focusing on helping others to make a difference.  I am a member and, currently, the monthly meetups have been transferred to zoom gatherings which are very nurturing.
