Psychic Development/Spiritual Development

Is there any real difference? Should one be done before the other and if so, which way round? What are your thoughts?

Hi Violet, i found that my inner Spiritual self needed to be developed before i could go on to develop the Psychic ability i have, i think its all about getting the right balance.
