Is it true that a private 'home circle' should contain a certain number of members, meet at a specific day and time each week and each member MUST attend or the circle will be 'broken.' Or are these the ideals of times gone by or a complete fallacy?

Re: Private circles?
I did read recently that a circle that is in progress, all members should be present if possible,Violet.
I presume in the event of illness, that non presence would be accceptable.

Re: Private circles?
Normally there are a certain number of people who attend these home circles, and they dont as a rule have any more join, a friend of mine used to attend one thats what he told me. you make a commitment i should think so you normally attend with the same people.

Yeah that's what I thought, the members should be committed.

Re: Private circles?
I attend a weekly circle, However last week I had a virus and a lung infection. I chose to stay home because i didnt want to get any of my fellow members sick. Its a pretty big circle and the group does vary a little bit it seems. But this is just in my experience.
