I like meditation in movement, the best way to meditate to my opinion.
Also I use a trance music for meditation it helps very much.

I'm the same I like a certain kind of music for meditation, though I can meditate without, as for meditation in movement I find myself drifting sometimes when i'm ironing or doing something equally as monotonous painting walls is another
