Communication with Spirit.

Why is communication with spirit so spasmodic?
Not that we want to be woken during the night by constant messages or chatting between spirit.

I only ever receive messages as I drop off the sleep sometimes I am woken by voices talking to me.

But this only seems to happen between long lengths of time in between.
I can have weeks of hearing conversations and voices talking to me then suddenly there is silence.

Not that I want to be woken every night but wondering why this pattern happens.
I am comfortable and relaxed as I go sleep so no reason there.

I am not sure why this is. Maybe they only come through when they have something to say. Or maybe when they feel as if you are needing it the most?

Good thinking,Mary....Sleeping lots better lately,maybe spirit thought I needed the sleep.
