I don't live near mountains, I wish I did. I live in a valley surrounded by trees. I love trees. I sit outside with tea and watch the trees dance in the wind before a storm.

I made chicken curry for dinner tonight. I love cooking. I can make pretty yummy stuff. My friends that are Indian tease me because the husband said he can tell who made the curry he's eating. If it tastes burnt, his wife. It is tastes like his mother's curry, me. I get teased by him and her for making a really yummy veggie curry too. They like teasing me. The Japanese couple tease me because I squeak when trying to learn Japanese. They both say I sound like a little girl. I don't dare try to learn Hindi.. I'll make a fool out of myself.

I once saw a big house for sale, alot of money, was in the middle of mountains literally duno maybe needed a air baloon to get there, lol, or maybe a secret tunnel?

But had amazing views. Its nice to be surrounded by nature grounds you.

the difference with making curry is the normal stores have different herbs etc, so if you buy from an indian store they will be different than the main stores. Hense taste different. Even an uncle of mine who was known for his meat dishes, came here to stay and I looked forward to his curry, but it wasnt quiet him, he said different ingredients although same receipe.

I think the thing with my curry is I don't buy the prepackaged curry powder like his wife gets. I blend my own spices because I can't have cinnamon. So I have extra of some things and no cinnamon. Plus I grind my own spices. It seems better that way.

That sounds like an amazing dream! I have had dreams where I am flying and I see my friends and family waving to me but I just fly away.
