Chakra Wand

I have a chakra wand, stones and now a ring (thanks to hubby ). I know or at least have a fair idea of how to use the stones but how do I use the wand? The ring is just a silver ring withe chakra stones in it. Any ideas?

Just had to make a note of the time you posted 1.11 - that s a good sign that you know what you need to do but dont have the confidence to go for it!!!

Ooh thanks Soaring Bird, I will have a proper look tomorrow (or rather later on today) as it's ridiculous o'clock here now lol, just had a quick browse through and from what I saw the wand I have is used mainly for meditation and healing but will check properly tomorrow thanks again :green:
