What are the dangers of chakras

Hello peeps I have read in the Internet that chakra work might make you see things or have nightmares if not done properly or not being protected. Any suggestions? Or tips? (Better to be safe than sorry) thanks as always!!

Now I don't know much about Chakras so I cannot help you but hopefully some expert will come along and answer your topic....

Chakras are what govern our psychological properties. They have an effect on our physical life which can cause harm to our selves and others around us.

I disagree Chakras are merely energy centres and while some believe they can have a negative physical effect on us when they become 'misaligned' or 'blocked' I do not believe this is the case, nor can they physically harm anyone around us.

 Chakra work?  Well i've done plenty of this over the years trying things out such as alignment, balancing etc but have felt no effect whatsoever, good or bad. I don't understand a lot about chakras but I don't believe them to be harmful in anyway, there are millions upon millions of people completely unaware that they even HAVE chakras and they come to no harm because of that, blocked or misaligned, unbalanced etc. I wouldn't let what you read worry you.


Many people post such frightening things then offer to sort it out for you...at a price.

 

They are merely just energy centeres, nothing more to it. Yes they can have positive negative effect on act physically to others and ourselves. For example. If your third eye is blocked and try to work on it I guarentee you will get a headache.

But that's me. I'm not saying your wrong, Vio.


Ill share an experience I had. I went to open circle. They allowed me to do mediumship readings. The energy was strong, I was firsty, I needed a drink to keep my vibrations up.

Until I stopped, I seen a chakra on the floor sapinning around. Was crazy.
