Heart Pain

I am not quite sure where to put this, so I apologize if it is in the wrong area.

My friend died last week. A very, dear friend. My brother died at the age of 30 unexpectedly in 2011. Then his friend, who I became very close with, like family basically, died last week at the age of 32 very unexpectedly.

The next 2 days my heart physically hurt. Like I had a pain in my heart. This is not a metaphor or whatnot. My heart actually had pain. It lasts a few seconds on 2 separate days.

What does that mean? It has not happened since.

Or is this not related to his death?

It is simply a physical expression of the emotional pain you most likely feel.

I agree with Detlef but please get checked out by a Dr just to be on the safe side, what did your friend die of if you don't mind me asking, and i'm really sorry for both your losses, sometimes if you are sensitive to spirits they can impress on you what they were feeling in their last moments, i'm not saying this is the case wiuth you but I wondered.

He died of cardiac arrest. :(
