Who are spirit guides?

Everyone has a spirit guide they are the entities that help and guide us they don’t make our decisions for us but help us make choices they offer us their advice and guidance
So who or what are they and where do they come from?

Spirit guides are spirit that has lived for many lifetimes and from this they have gained a lot of wisdom they are your friend maybe one of the best friends you’ll ever have. They would never do anything to harm you or lie to you they love you in the purest way and even though you may or may not know your guide yet consciously you picked them to help you before you came to the earth realm and they agreed to be your helpers.
Spirit guides are not the same as animal spirit guide or animal totems they are a different topic altogether.


Spirit guides can present themselves in a number of ways: light, smells, and people and you may not just have the one guide you may have several as you develop spiritually and get to know your guides you may find that each guide has a specific job i.e. if you are interested in mediumship and healing you may have 3 guides: a doorkeeper, a guide that helps you talk to other spirits and a guide for you healing abilities In the early stages of development you may get many different guides frequently and so not be able to attune to them so do not worry if you do not know their names Some guides don’t like to give names as names are not needed in the spirit realm and the guides that do give names tend to give you a name that is easy to remember.

What is the difference between spirit guides and guardian angels?

A Guardian Angel is a specific type of Spirit Guide. Spirit Guide refers to a general category of beings who are in soul, or spirit form and not in physical form. Guardian Angels are direct expressions of the loving thoughts of God sent to us to watch over us and help us. They are pure love and bring to us only what will help us, guide us, protect us and encourage us to aspire to the very best qualities of our soul.

Guardian Angels are with us before our conception, when we, too, are in soul form. They accompany us through birth and are with us in every thought, word and event we experience in life. Guardian Angels are committed to us for the entire journey of our life - they never leave us and we are their only occupation. They will be with us when we leave this life and when we are, again, a soul in heaven.
