    Body Clock! Empty Body Clock!

Post  SpiritVoices Mon Nov 04, 2013 8:03 pm

Is the human body like a clock that needs winding?
Does our physical body wind down at times for rest or just because sometimes we need relaxation?    Does our mind force this shut down to give the mind a break?

Why does the body feel slow moving and the brain seems to go on strike?

I don't think my body clock has been right since the clocks went back, I feel constantly tired

Something I never considered,Violet!   The loss or gain of an hour could affect us.
Our bodies are accustomed to the same time for a year then we knock them out of gear by the changing of the clock...
