Here is a little Meditation I learned from a old friend of mine.
Sit comfertable, Back straight. Your head facing straight.
•take a breath in for 4.
•take a breath out for 4.
Keep doing this and as your do this for a couple of minutes you'll start to realise that you're drifting into a state where you're not conscious of where you're are.
You're are in your own "inner self".
