How do you Feel?
Just when the caterpillar thought the world was over, it became a butterfly.

Healing
Is that the same as distant healing? If so, pain relief is quite strong transference of energies from shoulders to tips of fingers, healing is more of a gentle warm energy, strength is quite strong but energy is of the scale, that is really strong and has taken me to slightly laboured breathing. Afterwards I can feel a bit drained. Also, strangest of all is my hands feel as though someone is pushing there thumbs into the middle of my palms. Not literally but it gives me the same kind of ache which sometimes can last quite a while even after rinsing in cold water.

Re: How do you Feel?
I usually zone out, go numb and I pant/take short breathes but quickly. (bad explanation!)
It all depends which healing comes through/is needed.
Sometimes I watch myself and the absent healee from above and feel nothing.
I never feel drained, nauseous sometimes.
