Lesson Three - Developing your Psychic Abilities

    Exercise for Sensing One’s Environment:

Here we will try sensing one’s environment. Close one’s eyes and relax. With one’s eyes closed sense what is around ye first separately then all that is around ye.

What this means is using all the “FIVE” senses one has. The smells of the room, the sounds in the room and background, the taste of the air around ye, the sight (this is inner sight) of item (s) in the room, and touch (non physical touch) this is touch that is felt in the “mind” this will be registered in the Solar Plexus ( belly area). In the say it tenses or relaxes.

Now open ye’s eyes and using one’s physical senses, brain and emotions, observe the same situation and room. Practice this in the same setting or different settings.

What one wants to obtain here is the “seeing” with the “mind” and not the “brain”. In learning to feel the Sacral Charka response one will take the brain and the “logic or its not real” from the equation. In this if the eye’s see something and the brain triggers saying there is “nothing” there the mind the Sacral Chakra will tell ye there is and one can tune in deeper.

What one often notices is minute details in a room that the eyes have missed. For some it is a small item they thought they had lost such as an earring or ring. Or a picture that needs straightening or clock that has stopped working that makes no sound.

One too learns to bring more forward the noises around them from outside the room as its is often said “voices are carried on the wind”.

    NOTE:

From the class I hold one’s found that they could pick up in great detail the lay of the room without really ever taking the time to look around. This very much is how a “blind person” senses their surroundings. They can not “see” they feel.
