Developing Psychic Abilities - Lesson SIX
In this lesson we start to learn to focus on total body relaxations. We start to learn to clear the mind to in time open to bring in out side energies. This can be Guides, Spirits or one’s inner voice.
Exercise for Total Relaxation : Part ONE
Situate one’s body in a comfortable position this can be done anywhere one is. Even in the check out line at the grocery. Make sure no parts of the body are restricted. Clear ye’s mind of thoughts for the moment.
Focus on ye’s physical body. Beginning with the feet, feel ye’s toes and relax them. Feel ye’s feet and relax them. Move onto ye’s ankles then. Continue on relaxing each part of one’s body. If ye come to a part of the body that is tense release it. If a part of the body starts to tense up that one has moved passed simply go back there. Relax it.
In doing this relaxation one is really doing a self opening. It serves to clear the tensions from the body and it serves to relax and calm the brain in thoughts, from this point one can start to bring in energies.
Exercise for Collecting Energies - Part TWO
Once one has done the relaxation one can move into the collection of energies. Clear the mind of all thoughts and focus on a cloud, drawing it in so that positive energies fill and surround ye. Sense ye’s non physical opening one’s self. Focus on opening from the body to one’s full self. That self is both physical and non physical body and mind. (Remembering the mind is NOT the brain but the Solar Plexus in feeling and the Soul ).
What this taking in energy does is teaches the body what it feels and trains the brain to accept in that response. The brain will at first want to control over the gut ( Solar Plexus). In slowly focusing on the feelings in the gut one opens the door to sensing what the brain might well tell one is not there.
