Exercise FOUR - Developing Psychic Abilities
Learning the Gut Response :
The Gut or the Solar Plexus is where all ye’s non physical and body energies combine. This is the part of one’s body that be central to ye. The stomach is the physical hub of the body it is where the strongest reactions and feelings are felt. IF we can learn to tune into that.
Exercise for Gut Responses:
A basic way to get accustomed to the Gut Responses is the sense ye’s responses to simple yes and no questions that involve little to no emotional involvements. As an example would be which movie to see or does one want a cup of coffee or tea ? Mace a concrete YES or NO decision and see what ye feel in ye’s Solar Plexus. Ye will have a physical response rather than a thinking response. Practice this several times til one has a good handle on how the gut feels in response. This takes time to get there…..patients is key.
If one’s gut is your initial response to situations or questions then one’s brain is the body part that is used to devise meaning and actions to ye’s decisions. The gut is like a barometer to ye’s and ye’s brain is one’s activator.
NOTE:
This takes time to get used to as the brain will want to over ride for a bit. We have though all had those gut feeling, times when we might even feel physically ill at that thought of doing or trying something. That is a strong example of gut feelings.
In time one can learn for the most part to question and answer with the gut as it is an instant response where to think things out takes more time. It is why it is said “some think on their feet running full out” they are in tune with the gut. ( might not know it).
Too it’s a good tool to test feelings to situations without someone knowing one is doing so.
