Developing Psychic Abilities - Lesson FIVE
Lesson Five - Learning Gut and Brain Response
We are learning here to tune into what at times are very strong of subdued signs from the feelings in the gut or Solar Plexus . Here too we are learning to bring the brain into the mix. Learning to have the gut sense but the brain take the actions needed.
This time as one’s self a question concerning a problem ye have. Focus on the problem, worry on it a bit, exhaust all possibilities of action for a solution, both pro’s and con’s.
NOW clear one’s mind breathing in and out slowly three times. Focusing on the breath as a Golden Ball of Light that is breathed in the belly and out the lungs. Calming one and surrounding one is peace and relaxations.
Take the same question again and find ye’s gut response again. Now using the brain based on ye’s gut response think about the problem and its solution. Ye should feel a difference in the response to how one see’s the problem.
What the gut response does is makes one become more aware of situations around ye. In learning to trust the gut response on will learn to trust what is around them. In letting the gut speak and not the brain going it was “nothing”.
NOTE:
In learning what is feeling and what is thought one moves into the area of being able to see clearly things that might well be t here that the brain has always said trick of the light or tired eyes. Or one hears something that the brain tells on is imagination but the gut feeling tells ye the sound be real.
