Nature Spirits in photographs
[img][/img]I do a lot of photos in "the wild" as you know. One that I posted elsewhere drew the comment about "all the nature spirits in it". This sparked my interest and I went back over old photos and shorenuf , they were crowding my photos - in trees, rocks, water - everywhere when you tune in to what to look for. I have attached two of my favourite Water Spirit photos for you to look. Perhaps you might go back over your old photos too.[img][/img]

Re: Nature Spirits in photographs
Hi there. I made photos with white light circles called orbs many times. Mostly in nature but indoor, too. It was no water or any pollution on the camera lense as we made it clean. Has anyone such photos or experienced orbs? I am curious..

Thank you Violet, I see this topic was already discussed elsewhere.
Well, orbs like family reunions and celebrations- I can agree this.
In the nature I made many orbs photos near waterfalls or rivers, flower meadows, caves, beautifully vivid and great energetic places.

Just to tell you the tale. This is in Blanchland, a small village on the borders of Durham and Northumberland in a small hidden valley. In medieval times it had a fine monastery. One day, a gang of Reivers came over the moors, intent on raiding the monastery but were thwarted when a mist came down and they were unable to locate the valley. The monks, in thanks for their escape, rang the bells but the reivers were close by and followed the sound into the valley. The monks tried to escape in the woods but were hunted down and slaughtered. They lay unburied for a year and now haunt the wood. I will not go in there on my own - very scary place.

Re: Nature Spirits in photographs
Came back to this topic because I originate from the North of England and have visited many of the places which Norseman has shown pictures.
There is truly some wonderful spots of scenery up there.
Concentrating on the water falls, makes me feel that a different sort of spirit is shown in water and crevices around those kinds of scenery.
Makes me realise that we have not only spirits from elsewhere but in the earth and water bound areas as well.
I shall be looking closer at those areas next time I visit the area.

Beautiful photos, the first one looks like the 'Healing Pool' we use on another site. Yes I can see faces and figures in both.

Norseman, you do have a "something" in your picture. You may remove this if you wish, because I did this w/o your permission.

Hey Violet/Admin - enable me to post pix and vids or I can't show Norseman what he got. I circled it on his picture after copying it, and would like to post it here.

Hi Myainsel, a certain amount of time has to lapse before you are able to post links, this is to help forum owners fight the ever present battle with spammers.

Re: Nature Spirits in photographs
Long time since I posted anything, so here goes !
I finally got to the heart of the Haunted Wood and found this "crucified figure ! [?]
https://2img.net/h/i282.photobucket.com/albums/kk267/norseman_photo/Weardale/91dbcdfd.jpg
I accessed to "heart" along a "green road"
https://2img.net/h/i282.photobucket.com/albums/kk267/norseman_photo/Weardale/SAM_0161_zps95bfa03d.jpg
But when I reversed my tracks to get out, I found myself three miles from my starting point ! Spirits playing games !
In January, I was in Shetland for the Viking Fire Festival [Up Helly Aa]. Up on the northern tip of the island I called on the Lords of the Powers of the Elements and a rock giant emerged from the cliff to show me the way
https://2img.net/h/i282.photobucket.com/albums/kk267/norseman_photo/UpHellyAa/DSCF0164_zpse87bfa7f.jpg
But then it was full moon and I turned !
https://2img.net/h/i282.photobucket.com/albums/kk267/norseman_photo/UpHellyAa/DSCF0183_zpse8b37de9.jpg
The festival was fantastic - imagine 1000 people escorting the long boat with burning torches to it's fiery grave !
