Exhausted after dreams? Empty Exhausted after dreams?

Post  Violet Tue Jan 31, 2012 9:56 pm

I had a really long dream last night, can't remember any of it, though I know I woke up and thought 'I should write that down' (because I remembered it then) but I fel back asleep and dreamed some more then when I got up I felt worn out, why do some dreams seem to exhaust me?

Would it be because our mind is very active in a particular sort of dream?

A dream perhaps where we are running or disturbed about something, the mind reacts so the body reacts.

Could it be that what you had was not a dream, but maybe a journey to the astral or into another dimension?

I journey quite often into other realms and wake up very exhausted at times (today is one of those days). I feel like a train ran over me and then backed up for another swipe.

Yep that's the one, feeling totally done in, how would I know if I had been out though can I learn to realise/know when i've been out? Allen what lets you know you've been out?

I don't quite know how to answer that, my friend. It is more a case of just 'knowing', I guess. For me, many times, it is how vivid and active the the night is. There seems to be a distinct difference between dreams and travel. (at least for me).

Yes I get nights like this where I seem to go straight into 'dreams' which are very realistic and feel like they last forever. How is life treating you lately Allen and how is Tina?Exhausted after dreams? 21581
