Lucid Dreams?

When we have dreams which seem to be very lucid and feature 'seeing' those who have gone before us,are we actually 'seeing' them in spirit,or are we just dreaming about them?

Perhaps memories of them promote the dreams?

I firmly believe we are seeing the spirits of our loved ones Joanie, I dreamed about our old dog just the other night she looked so healthy and happy A relative dreams of her favourite uncle if she feels a bit low he never fails to cheer her up, I believe this is the gentlest way for our loved ones to reach out to us, in dreams we can talk, laugh, hug, kiss and never think it is weird or scary as some would find if this happened in our waking life. Sleep brings that barrier down Joanie if you are seeing a loved one enjoy your time together You can also ask for your loved ones to come through in dreams.

I did with my father,Violet. I was thinking of my parents the other day and had a vivid dream of my dad. Standing on the beach helping me to climb over rocks.

He was as I saw him many years ago.

For many ,many years I have always had dreams of my loved ones passed. More dreams that I can count. Even my husbands grandmother that I had never met. Each in our own meeting room. I had always believed that I was meeting with their spirits. Like with my husbands grandmother we always discussed how the children are doing. ect.

Hi Joanie I believe thoughts contain more power than we give them credit for, I think it's more than possible that when we think of our loved ones in spirit they hear us and often respond to those thoughts.

Something I was thinking about,Violet.

Often used to walk on the beach when I was a child.

Strangely just remember something. Looking at some old photos the other day of my parents,I came across one of my mother and myself,sitting the beach. My father took it many years ago.

I was a plump small child of about 4 years old.

Holding a bottle of lemonade in my hand. Memories coming through.

Yes Violet,I did ask my mother or father to come through.
