Cloudy unfortunately, but I didn't have the special glasses anyway so couldn't have looked at Venus passing in front of the Sun. I expect there will be photos in the papers and videos on YouTube.

What a pity I couldn't watch it live, too.

Well, actually both. You are right, technically it goes to the astronomy topic.I realized too late as some post replies already came in.I can say the Venus Transit was an "easy nut" to find and see so it is like a small " dribble" if someone notices .Congratulation, you have done.
