I have begun to notice a pattern. Whenever I do not get the chance to meditate, my ears always plug up and I am stuck inside my head hearing the vibrations. they are strong and I don't mind it. I just feel "plugged up"? does anyone know why? It almost feels like allergies kicking in. If my vibrations need to be released so that I do not experience this, what other things can I do to release my vibrations? Any help would be so appreciated!!!

I presume you always close down completely, if I don't that used to be when I had problems.
The oher thing could be you are picking up on negative energies, so the imaginary cloak may help. Pretend you are covered from head to toe in like a monks habit, then it works as a shield. Sorry that's all I can think of at the moment.

Thank you Short Angel. I do close down everytime. I learned from my lesson of not doing it one time. I experience the plugged ears when I do not meditate. Then the vibration gets stronger during the day, alomst like I need to use it each day, or else it gets plugged?
