not past life memories, inherited memories

I wanted to ask, does anyone have a memory that is passed down from mother/father to child in your family? This used to be the norm when people were less evolved. All animals, fish etc have inherited memories. Its just that people....our brains have dimmed the switch in this area because its a survival tactic. If you have one, is associated with a phobia, or some other event that is not easy to understand?

Mine is simply this: I'm little, standing up in the back of a huge car with dark red interior. A cow is tied to the back bumper of the car. Thats it. I told my mom about this once and she laughed. Said "Carolyn, that's my memory. It was in Texas and I was about 4 years old, The cows name was Daisy."

Sorry Carolyn, I must have missed this, I haven't really thought about this but now you mention it it's ringing bells, i'm sure there is something like this but i'll think more on it.

Not that I can remember.    But I have a fear of meeting new people.   I'm not really shy but hesitate to talk to someone new I may have been met or been introduced to.

I seem to have a fear of of talking to complete strangers....My father was the same,hated someone who visited our home unless he had known them for a while.

He used to say to my mother....'I don't know him or her,why did you invite him or her into our home?'  Not sure if that is a phobia.....
