Oh good lord!  I hadn't seen this because I have been under the impression for months that Violet must have closed down the website last winter - plainly I got that wrong.

It's sad Molly succumbed to this damned virus but on the positive side she'll be with her mum again and Joan will, of coure, be with Ken so they'll all be together again. 

Soon there will be a big influx of people from Spiritual Forums as it is closing down, i come here most days but it has been quiet

Hardly surprising if the few contributors we used to have believed - as I did - that the site was dead.  What's the situation with Violet?

Violet is still about she comes in from time to time, but i have'nt seen her for a while

It is much smaller than SF. But it has the same feel.

I'd forgotten that Lynn and Kaere used to be here too and probably others who I'd also forgotten.  But, then, Violet used to be on SF before she moved here full-time! 

I'm an forgetful, old fart now but even if I weren't I still might not have remembered all the details from so long ago.....

Violet used to be called Daisy on spiritual forums.there were a lot of members here that were on spiritual forums. Joan was the big poster on here not so much on spiritual forums. but like everything else we loose some good friends along the way

Yes I recalled that Violet was known under another flower name on SF but over the years I'd forgotten it was 'Daisy'!

I spent quite some time online with Joan in her early years and - I believe - helped her with her overall spiritual learning and with a particular personal problem - that's all a long time ago. 

She also came with me to another website but that closed - so many do.  Then of course her dementia began and all bets were off.  In the end she barely remembered who I was and how we'd been involved with one another. 

I guess it was that way with Molly in the later stages.  Dementia's a horrible affliction.

I remember seeing Daisy around SF but I didn't know she was Violet.

So just what is the status of SI?   I understand quite a few people are now registering here from SF.  Is there an admin to approve the registrations?

I feel like with the passing of SF perhaps SI will finally get the attention it has long deserved.

The admin of this site is violet herself

I've been here for some time and in the early years this website was busy but little by little attendance fell away and now there are very few of the old crew still around.

If ex SF members become actual contributors here it just might become similarly busy again.

I thought the site had died earlier this year when I couldn't find it online and it's only via hazada guess recently I learned it was still in existence.

Im not to bad thanks  others get it worse im sure, I keep in toutch with Mollys daughter she said it makes her feel conected to those who knew her. i was a friend to spiritvoices to  as was Mac

That's lovely. I can understand why Molly's daughter would say that. It may be a bit late to send my condolences, however I'll let you decide.

Yes, I'm sure other people have things going in their lives that are vastly different from our own experiences.

We're just fine thank you. There definitely was a time that this website was 'off the air' to me and I used to try checking in every few days until I eventually gave up. I didn't know Violet had put out a message encouraging folk to return or sign up.
