How long do you meditate for?

I just wondered, mine vary greatly.

lol, I clicked almost all of them.
I can meditate forever, just shut my eyes and I am gone.
I am often disturbed, cat, phone, door etc.
Sometimes I come back early, it depends,
At my circle I usually have to be called back.

I usually end up falling asleep at some point.

Allen do you meditate lying down? If so try sitting up in a firm chair.

If I try to mediatate sitting up, then my back begins to hurt and I cannot let go, so it is lying down or nothing.

As I am in Circle, I never time it because the Medium does it for us.

Do you meditate at home as well Mikkel?

It usually depends as I get disturbed alot, its usually the dog staring at me or barking at nothing, my mum and dad shouting me from down stairs or the neighbours banging and making noise. But WHEN it is quiet, usually between 15 to 30 minutes, usually at bed time but do fall asleep often

I chose "depends on how I feel". I really like meditating - it can be a little bit addictive for me but the only time I really have to do it is late at night and I inevitably fall asleep. I've tried sitting up lately to help me stay awake but...it's not working so much. I just fall asleep sitting up lol (a little disorienting).

It can be addictive, you don't want to come back sometimes I did around 20 minutes tonight.

Kaere I fall asleep sitting up sometimes, it is odd when you wake up.

Do you play music as I find that can help.
