I've begun this topic with people who are new to meditation in mind, when people who are new to it read of some meditation experiences it must be quite frightening for them.
Numerous people have told me they like the idea of meditating but are scared of doing it, the thing is meditation doesn't need to be about seeing spirits at all as it has health benefits, perhaps this is where people could begin.
I know I was once scared/nervous of meditating, a really long time ago now, but I was, i'm sure many others were too, so I thought we could share about our earliest experiences of meditation and some simple and gentle techniques and meditation exercises, what do you think?
