How to find your power animal

Hello everyone! I'm new here and a topic that i would like to learn more about is power animals. I've been searching for one for quite a while but the meditations never work for me because i can't clear my head. Does anyone have any pointers? thanks!

I think that one's power animals change from time to time depending on what quality you need in your life. I would pose the question to the Angels...maybe like this....
'Please reveal to me the power animal who qualities would serve me best .'
And then wait and watch for a sign. It might be a picture of an animal in a magazine that you are drawn to or in a movie or an animal that attracts your attention in the street or anywhere you are.
