I can go a very long time without water, but sleep, one day at most. I don't think I have ever quite made it to two.
A week is out of the question!!
Why do you feel we need sleep and without it we will shut down???
I can go without a lot of things but sleep definitely isnt one of mine either. I may of made it more than 24 hrs before, I dont recall. It had to of been for something worthwhile thats for sure!CW wrote:What's the longest time you've gone without sleep?

Good thinking,CW. Rests the body and refreshes the mind.....CW wrote:Do you sometimes feel as it this sleep time is something like reprogramming?
I feel it's time the body needs total rest, I think bits of our bodies regenerate during sleep cells and such I also believe we heal as we sleep.CW wrote:Do you sometimes feel as it this sleep time is something like reprogramming?
I don't think the mind sleeps tbh, the brain might but not the mind, if the mind slept how would we dream.and refreshes the mind....
